Williatte Staffney

Staffney, Williatte Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Covenant Healthcare, age 67 years. Williatte was born in Saginaw, Michigan May 9, 1946 the daughter of the late Willie and Orletha (Mahone) Williams. She married William T. Staffney February 1, 1969. He predeceased her June 3, 1992. Williatte was a long time dedicated servant of Jehovah and loved talking to others about Jehovah God's Kingdom and the hope she shared.. She worked for 19 years at Saginaw Osteopathic. She then moved to St. Mary's Hospital and retired from there after 22 years of service. Williatte loved to make jewelry and sew. Williatte is survived by three sisters, Campanella (Wade) Johnson, Naomi (Milton) Hollins and Deborah (Abraham) Verasammy-Allen; three brothers, London M. Williams, Terry Lee Williams and Tyrone D. Williams; her aunt, Fannie Mae Foster; many nieces, nephews, other family members and close friends. She will also be missed by her dog, Blondie. She was predeceased by two sisters, Wilma Lee and Pauline Smart and two brothers, Frank Baniu and Edgar Williams. Private entombment has taken place. A memorial service will take place 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1203 N. Niagara St. Brother Harold Webb will officiate. Funeral arrangements were under the care of W. L. Case & company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd.
