William H. Probst

Probst, William H. Carrollton, MI Our beloved father and grandfather passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015, at the age of 69 years. Bill was born March 2, 1946, in Detroit to Virginia (Ouellette) Probst and the late William W. Probst. He served in the U.S. Air Force. Bill retired as an electrician from Newcor after many years of service. He married Linda (Schark) Nachtman on August 15, 1975; she predeceased him August 8, 2004. He enjoyed wood working and creating many beautiful keepsakes for family and friends. He is survived by his mother Virginia Probst; children, Denise (Dave) Smith, Kristen (Jim) Bergmooser, William (Dorene) Probst, Jeff (Connie Nalevayko) Nachtman, Paul (Marty) Nachtman; grandchildren, Nicole, Madison, Jennifer, Adam, Jimmy, Sarah, Ashley, Madilyn, Jonathan, and Avery; and siblings, Robert Probst, Bert Probst, Beverly Probst, and Bruce (Sally) Probst; and many extended family members. Memorial services will take place at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015, at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 noon until the time of service.
