Passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020. Age 59 years.
The son of the late Dorothy M. (Penney) and Harold A. Dill was born July 18, 1961 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was a graduate of Freeland High School and received his Associate’s degree from Delta College. He was employed by Sears at Fashion Square Mall for the past 33 years until their closing. He recently joined the Sears Retirees group. He enjoyed being outside, mowing grass and helping with any projects for family and friends. He had a fantastic memory for family birth dates, anniversaries and events. He was an avid fan of NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Junior.
Surviving are three brothers and their wives, Kenneth and Lucille Dill; Charles and Debra Dill; Timothy and Ruth Dill; six nieces and their spouses, Rebecca and Jeffrey Kifpmiller; Caroline Dill; Sarah Dill, Allison Dill and Steve Moore; Jennifer Dill and Nick Margida; Bridget and Nathan O’Dell; two great nieces and two great nephews, Brenna Dill; Riley and Logan Kipfmiller; Beatrice Margida. Besides his parents, a brother, Richard Dill, and a nephew, Adam Dill, have predeceased him.
The funeral service will take place 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2020, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Pastor Brian Johnson will officiate with burial in the Lawndale Cemetery. Friends may visit with family from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service.
