Shirley May Berg

Berg, Shirley May Bridgeport, Michigan Passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the age of 65 years. Shirley Mae Miller was born May 11, 1949 in Saginaw to the late Russell and Maxine Morrow Miller. She married Walter Berg on August 16, 1991; he survives her. Shirley loved to go to casinos with her girlfriends. She also loved to play shuffleboard and to fish (especially in Canada). She loved her grandkids and enjoyed spending time with them. Surviving besides her husband, Walter, are one son, Brian Spyker and his wife, Lisa; one sister, Beverly McCondra; three grandchildren, Josh, Jared and Rachel; two stepsons, Brian and Steven Berg; five step-grandchildren, Lexi, Kayla, Miriya, Christen and Megen Berg; two brothers-in-law, Jerry and Don Berg; two sisters-in-law, Donna and Carole Berg; a special niece, Wendy Rivette; many other nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Shirley was predeceased by one brother, Rusty Miller. Memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2015 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate. Friends may call at the chapel from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of funeral service.
