Shelley Jane Krajniak

Lost her battle with Alzheimers on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the age of 60 years. The daughter of the late Erwin and Mary (McNalley) Schrader was born on October 11, 1957 in Saginaw. She graduated from Eisenhower High School, the class of 1975. She married Robert Krajniak on May 3, 1980; he survives her. Shelley retired from JC Penny after 30 years of service. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and volunteering at Carrollton Middle School Kids Plays. Surviving besides her husband of 37 years, Robert, and their children: Katie (Matt Doozan) Krajniak of Holland; Jason Krajniak of Saginaw; Matt (Jenn Warren) Krajniak of Saginaw; her sisters: Joanne Martin, Sheila (Carl) Polzin, mother-in-law: Hazel Krajniak, brothers-in-law: Jim (Sue) Krajniak, Dennis Krajniak, her sister-in-law: Darlene (Scott) Egerer, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends including her special friend Debra Ceja. Besides her parents, Shelley was predeceased by her father-in-law Valentine Krajniak and her brother-in-law Larry Martin. The family would like to thank all the care givers who have helped Shelley throughout her illness. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel on Monday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Alzheimers Association of Michigan, Great Lakes Pace, or A & D Hospice.
