Beloved wife, ma, grandma, and great-grandma passed away on January 10, 2022, at Woodland Hospice House at the age of 76 years.
The daughter of the late Alfred and Clursey "Babe" (Lanager) Snider was born in Mayville, Michigan, September 19, 1945. Sharon married Norman Carl Schaeding November 11, 1967; he survives her. She is also survived by her daughters: Karen Schaeding, Robin Forbes, Jamie Schaeding and after birth the hard loss of a daughter, Anna Marie; grandchidlren: Derek (Tabitha) Scott, Kayla (David) Kipfmiller, Ryley Forbes, Tyler Hodges, Shelly (Josh) Melrose, and a special step-grandson, Joey Mikek; great-grandchildren: David, Hudson, Damien, Jen, Nova, Jaxson and Noella.
Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Greater Lansing Food Bank where Sharon was an avid volunteer.
In accordance with Sharon's wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at noon on June 11, 2022, at Norm and Sharon's home.
