Passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 22, 2016 and is at peace with the Lord at the age of 52 years. Sharla Ann Burk was born on June 13, 1963 in Saginaw to Beth (Oxendale) Burk and the late John Burk. She graduated from St. Charles High School, the class of 1981 and later Baker College with her associate's degree. Sharla was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Hemlock and enjoyed crafting, camping, fishing and spending time with her family. Surviving are her mother, Beth Burk, son Brandon (Danielle) Krzyaniak, grandson Mason Krzyaniak, granddaughter Vada J. English, her twin sister Carla (Charles) Wurtzel, brother Dean (Darci) Burk, nephews Bradley Wurtzel, Dax Burk and many other relatives and dear friends. Sharla was predeceased by her son, Zachary N. Krzyaniak on September 28, 2007; and her niece Bethany Wurtzel. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 27, 2016 at the W. L. Case and Company, 201 North Miller Rd. Rev. Phil Bigelow will officiate with burial at Fremont Township Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral chapel on Thursday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
