Sally N. Ray

Ray, Sally N. Saginaw Township Passed away Wednesday December 31, 2014 at Hoyt Nursing and Rehab Centre at the age of 84 years. Sally was born November 4, 1930 in Saginaw Michigan, the daughter of the late Cornelius and Leona (Meehleder) Manor. She married Merlin Ray April 7, 1951 in Saginaw. He predeceased her October 22, 2001. Sally was a member of Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Helen Church. Surviving are her children: Randall Ray, Daniel (Kathy) Ray, Mitchell (Georgia) Ray, Brian (Kathy) Ray, Laura (Howard) Sweet, Susan (Dennis) Rogoszewski and Joel (Jennifer) Ray: 17 grandchildren: 6 great-grandchildren: two sisters: Patricia (Keith) Hammis and Marge Schrems: and many nieces and nephews. Sally was predeceased by two sisters, Maisie Rapp and Arlene Schramm. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Hoyt Nursing and Rehab Centre for the love and care provided to Mom during her stay. Their dedication and professionalism gave Mom's life quality and integrity that will always be remembered. Memorial Mass will take place 10:00 a.m. Saturday January 3, 2015 at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Helen Church 2445 N. Charles St. Saginaw, Michigan 48602. Rev. Ronald Dombrowski will officiate. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial mass.
