Roger William Ballard (Cue Ball) Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016. Age 54 years. The son of the late Henry and Annabel (Felske) Ballard was born June 26, 1962 in Bay City, Michigan. He was employed by the Pulaski Hall and enjoyed bowling, playing poker and riding his bike. Surviving are six brothers and sisters and their spouses, Diane and Cliff Chase; Karen Chase; Mark Ballard; Nancy and Wade Roberts; Norma shorter; Wayne Ballard Paula and Shelby Davis; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by five brothers and sisters, Joann Markva, James Ballard, Sue Neville, Lori Garchow and Dennis Ballard. Friends and family may visit the W. L. Case and Co.
