Richard Lee Griffith

Richard Lee Griffith Saginaw, Michigan Age 81, born in Flint, Michigan, passed away on July 17, 2019. He is survived by his two beloved daughters: Susan Jeanne Griffith & Lynn Ann Ohman; his Son In Law, Michael. He has 2 grandchildren Rochelle and Logan. Logan greeted him in Heaven. Rochelles husband Sean Watkins and a great granddaughter Sophie Ella. He is preceded in death by his former spouse, Grace McCloy and his parents Robert & Thelma Griffith from Flint, MI. Richard was one of the founding members & President of the Land Lord Association from 1974 - 1980. He was also the Treasurer for the LLA State of Michigan for Lansing. He was treasurer of the CB Club of Saginaw & a proud member of the American Legion (Saturday poker game) after serving for the National Guard. Hail to the Victors Valiant! Pops belonged to the University of Michigan Alumni Club. He went on numerous trips with the Club to places like New Zealand, Oxford University, Wales to look up his family tree and many other fun stops. Go Blue! Dick loved to bowl at both State Lanes and Crooked Creek, around three times a week was normal for Dick. His teams name is Mystery. He also loved to golf and play horse shoes. He loved walking the dog. A ferocious reader and staunch Republican. Love You Pops. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at W. L.
