Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather died April 9, 2017, at New Hope Valley Assisted Living at the age of 91 years.
Randall Kellogg Hall was born November 1, 1925, in Northport, Michigan, the son of the late Anson Willard and Violet (Kellogg) Hall. He served in the Army during World War II. He received graduate degrees from both Michigan State University and the University of Michigan. Randall was employed for 34 years in the Saginaw Public Schools as a teacher and administrator. He was a life member of Northport Lodge No. 265 F & A.M.
Randall is survived by his wife of 63 years, Joan Fleischmann Hall; two daughters, Catherine (Brian) McNalley of Hemlock and Tasma Swanson of DeWitt; six grandchildren, Christopher (Melissa) McNalley, Brett (Rebecca) McNalley, Fletcher (Stephanie) Swanson, Haley (fianc Sam Michaels) Swanson, Leif Swanson, and Grace Swanson; and three great-grandsons, Cameron, Mason, and Declan McNalley. He was predeceased by his brother, Wendell Hall. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Second Presbyterian Church, 2665 Midland Rd. Saginaw, MI on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. James Neumann presiding. Visitation hours with Randall's family will begin at 10:00 a.m. preceding the service.
