Patricia Anne Strait Mt. Pleasant, Michigan Formerly of Saginaw Passed away Monday, May 22, 2017, at Mid-Michigan Medical Center. Age 68 years. The daughter of the late Marian (Frost) and Wilbert Bluemer was born August 8, 1948 in Bridgeport, Michigan. She married Philip Lee Strait, September 23, 1998. He survives her. Patricia graduated from Delta College with an Associate's degree. She was employed by Soaring Eagle Casino. She enjoyed scrap booking, crocheting, card making and belonged to the "Basement Bunch" club. She loved her family and friends and spent much of her time doing things for others. Surviving are her husband, Philip, a brother, Dale Bluemer; her nieces and nephews, Cindy and Tom White; Crystal and Charles Pittman; Timothy and Rachel Frost; Carolyn K. and Jack Theile; Carrie and Jody Seaman; Brad Bluemer; several great nieces and great nephews; her brothers-in-law, Dean Leyrer and Roger D. Strait and a sister-in-law, Susan Lynch. She was predeceased by her beloved sister, Nancy Leyrer; a nephew, Dean Leyrer Jr.; her sisters-in-law, Kathy Bluemer and Paula Strait. The funeral service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Mitchell R. Vogeli will officiate. Friends may call at the Chapel from 1:00- 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 6:00 p.m.Tuesday until the time of the funeral service.
