Odin Richard Favel

Odin Richard Favel Bay City, Michigan Formerly of Saginaw Passed away Monday, October 22, 2018, at Brians House. Age 80 years. The son of the late Grace (Morrison) and Richard Favel was born September 6, 1938 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was a graduate of Saginaw High School, Class of 1956. He served with the U. S. Navy from 1956 to 1959. He was a Union Patternmaker and was a member of the I.A.M.& A.W. Local 2839. He enjoyed boating, restoring boats, and was a member of the G Dock Boaters. He also enjoyed bowling, golf, and motorcycling. He was predeceased by his wives, Linda and Kathy, his special companions, Nancy Klopf and Carol Gotts; his brother, sister and their spouses, John and Sally Favel; Ethelyn and Jack Miller; a grandson, Brian Lewis; a step-daughter, Kelly Boyke. Surviving are three children, William Favel and his fianc, Michelle; Pam and Pat McCormick; Angela Favel; his step-children, Rob McGowan; Nicole Foldie; Chris Foldie; Mike and Dawn LeFevre; Wayne and Shelly Lewis; grandchildren, Katie, Tara, Melissa, Melody, Jennifer, Andrew, Wayne, Gretchen, Cody, Alex, Chelsea, and Zachary; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; his special friends, Roger Cederberg; Dale and Kathy Fleminger; Roy and Patty Rasmus; Terry and Kathy Howe and his beloved Saginaw High Alumnai. In accordance with Mr. Favels wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Thursday, November 1, 2018 with a prayer and song to celebrate his life at 8:30 p.m. at the W. L. Case and Co.
