Norman G. Archambault

Archambault, Norman G. Saginaw, Michigan Formerly of Tawas, Michigan Passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018, at Toni and Trish House, Auburn, at the age of 81 years. He was born February 1, 1937, in Saginaw, the son of the late Edward and Catherine (Brennan) Archambault. He graduated from Saginaw High School with the Class of 1955. He married Deanna Holland on October 1, 1955; she predeceased him February 24, 2015. He worked in the auto body industry for most of his life, and owned Liberty Collision from 1984 - 1999. Norman had an adventurous and fun-loving spirit. He enjoyed airplanes, motorcycles and music. Surviving him are two sons, one daughter and their spouses, Greg and Cathy Archambault, Ann and Terry Denno and Scott Archambault; seven grandchildren: Rene and Greg Archambault, Alison and her husband, Ryan Hotchkiss, Brandon and Paige Archambault, and Andrew and Jason Archambault; step-grandchildren: Casey Denno (Dina Harrison), Jamey and his wife Kristin Denno, and their children, Stella and Bode; several nieces, nephews and their families. Besides his wife, Deanna, and his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Glen Archambault, a grandson, Cameron Denno, and three sisters and their spouses, Mary Lou and Frank Champagne, Lois and John Poole, and Elaine Archambault. His family extends special thanks to the caregivers at Barton Woods, Freeland, for their kindness and care. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, where his family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service. Private committal will take place later.
