Norma Jean Simerson Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Monday, April 6, 2015, at Covenant-Harrison. Age 68 years. She was born December 29, 1946 in Yakima, Washington, the daughter of the late Evelyn (Robinson) and Norman Troxell. She married Darrell G. Simerson, Sr., November 20, 1965. He survives her. She enjoyed reading, camping and most of all, her grandchildren. Surviving besides her husband, Darrell, are two sons and a daughter, Darrell G. Simerson Jr. and his wife, Nancy; Brenda Oszust and her husband, Steven Jr.; Brandon Simerson and his wife, Amanda; five grandchildren, Steven Simerson, Haley Elliott, Jacob Oszust, Madelyn and Tenley Simerson; two brothers, Billy Joe Troxell, Dennis Troxell; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two grandchildren, Rachel Simerson and Trevor Elliott and a sister and a brother, Dorothy Command and Roger Troxell. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd.
