Passed away Wednesday June 9, 2021 at Covenant Cooper at the age of 67 years.
Mark was born August 2, 1953 in Saginaw Michigan, the son of the late Albert D. and Laurel J. (Westendorf) McKnight.
Mark attended Bridgeport High School before he joined the United State Navy where he proudly served in the Vietnam War.
He was a member of the Catholic Faith; he enjoyed fishing, camping, listening to music, scratch off tickets and most of all spending time with his family.

Surviving are his siblings; Daniel (Jan) McKnight, Bridget (Maarten) Busser, David (Wendy) McKnight and Molly McKnight. Eight nieces and Nephews; Andrew McKnight, Willie McKnight, Emily Young, Aaron Young, Robert Lucore, Sean McKnight, Mikayla Gath and Travis Gath; three great nephews; Jonathan, Josh and Noah.

Besides his parents Mark was predeceased by a sister Mary Margaret McKnight.

Funeral service will take place 1:00 p.m. Monday June 14, 2021 at the W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel 5700 Dixie Hwy. Fr. John Mancini O.S.F.S. will officiate with burial to follow in Oakgrove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
