Marie Mabel Janni

Janni, Marie Mabel Saginaw, MI Passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Healthsource of Saginaw, age 85 years. Marie was born In Saginaw, Michigan December 7, 1929 the daughter of the late Harry and Mabel Bentley. She married Albert Janni April 12, 1947. They were married for 62 years before he predeceased her July 13, 2009. Marie enjoyed attending the Retirees Local 699 Activities, crocheting and doing needlework. She also enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds outside her window at Healthsource where she lived for the last two years of her life and where she developed many close friends. Marie is survived by her three children, Marjorie Beeckman, Linda Janni-Block and Albert S. (Mary) Janni; nine grandchildren, Donna (Tim) Gressett, Deanna (Andrea) Block, Jennifer (Darren) Seymour, Tonya Czymbor (David Yount), Theresa Beeckman, Becky (Paul) Rau, Ron (Lisa) Smith, Albert "AJ" (Katie) Janni and Nicholas (Jordan) Janni; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Marie was predeceased by a granddaughter, Lauralee Block and two brothers, Emory Rupp and Frederick "Fritz" Rupp. The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Marie's nephew, Victor DiBerardino will officiate with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Monday from 2:00 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
