Margaret Wilkins Johnson Savannah, GA Formerly of Saginaw, MI Died Wednesday September 17, 2014, in Savannah, GA. Age 94 years. She was born January 10, 1920, in Saginaw, MI, to the late George Wilkins and Eva Murray Wilkins. Mrs. Johnson and her husband owned and operated her family's business, Wilkins Parts and Equipment. She was a member of the Novi Rotary Club, started the Rotary Ann Club in Novi, MI, was a member of Landings Landlovers as well as a member of Skidaway Island United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Harold Johnson; children, Sharon Ann Johnson and Lynn Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Ambert and Mary Wilkins as well as a sister, Leota Harms. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Robert E. "Bob" Nickels of Savannah, GA; brother and sister-in-law, George and Jeanette Wilkins of Hemlock, MI; grandchildren, Tracy Lee D'Avella and husband Michael of Acworth, GA and Robbie Lynn Kimbrough and husband Col. R. Shane Kimbrough of Houston, TX.; Other survivors include four great-grandchildren, Brandon Lee Cotter of Kennesaw, GA, Kaitlyn Kimbrough, Taylor Kimbrough and Zack Kimbrough all of Houston, TX. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday September 27, 2014, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Saginaw, MI. Rev. Edward A. Meyer will officiate with interment in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the Chapel from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of the funeral service.
