Margaret M. Richard-Ferry

Margaret M. Richard-Ferry Bridgeport, Michigan Passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015, at the age of 82 years. Margaret was born May 21, 1933, in Bridgeport to the late Antonio and Sophie (Garbowski) Piotrowski. She graduated from Saginaw High. She married Roger Richard in May of 1956; he predeceased her in November of 1997. She then married Harold Ferry in July of 2000; he predeceased her in 2009. She retired from Case IH Equipment where she worked as a bookkeeper/secretary. She enjoyed bowling, playing shuffleboard, golfing, and baking wedding cakes. She is survived by her children, Susan (Larry) Auer, Denise (Dean) Morey, Patti (Scott Psiuk) Richard, James (Denise) Richard; grandchildren, Jeremy (Angie) Schram, Wesley Auer, Sarah (Jeremy Dutton) Morey, Andrew Morey, Christopher (Wanda) Thibadeaux, Jade (Zac) Cunningham, Nicole Richard; many great-grandchildren and extended family members; and her sister, Sophie Raeburn. She was predeceased by her siblings, Helen Toddish, Delores Dubay, Chet Piotrowski, and Ed Piotrowski. The family would like to thank the staff of Wellspring Lutheran Home of Frankenmuth for the exceptional care they provided to Margaret. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at W.L. Case & Company 5700 Dixie Highway. Rev. Bill Bodnar will officiate with burial to follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
