Madeline J. Wagner

Madeline J. Wagner Cedar, Michigan Formerly of Saginaw, Michigan Passed away suddenly on June 5, 2019 at the age of 84 years. Madeline was born on March 10, 1935 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Guy and Ivadell (Guilfoil) Edwards. She attended Saginaw High and later married the love of her life, Alexander F. Wagner on September 13, 1952, the couple shared 65 wonderful years together. He preceded her in death on November 29, 2015. Madeline retired from Gase Baking Company in 1984 after 30 years of service. She enjoyed going to the casino, bowling, boating, traveling, and gardening. Above all Madeline cherished the time she spent with her family. She leaves behind her son Allen (Judith) Wagner; her grandchildren Allen (Samantha) Wagner, Angela (Robert) Sidorowicz, her great grandchildren, Arianna, Alexander, Mason and Adalyn and many nieces and nephews who were special to her. Madeline is also survived by her sister Gladys McKnight, and brothers Jack Edwards, David Edwards, Chuck Edwards, Tony Edwards and her very special brother and sister- in- law Ken (Lynn) Edwards. She also leaves behind her loving puppies Missy and Marley as well as many family members on the Wagner side. Madeline is predeceased by her brothers Eddie Edwards, Johnny Edwards, Duane Edwards, Jim Edwards, Harold Edwards and Guy Edwards Jr. A funeral service will take place at 12:00 noon Friday, June 14 at W.L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Burial to follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
