Beloved wife passed away Monday, April 8, 2019, at St. Francis Home. Age 59 years. The daughter of the Joyce (Marden) and Richard Kartz was born May 12, 1959 in Midland, Michigan. She married David F. Breternitz, September 15, 1990. He survives her. She retired from Saginaw Mental Health and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, card games and camping. Surviving are her husband, David; a son, Nolan D. Breternitz; her sister, Linda Kartz; brother-in-law and his wife, Richard and Connie Breternitz; a sister-in-law, Susan Flater; many nieces and nephews. Memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 5335 Brockway. Rev. Paul Biber will officiate. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service.
