Julian A. Cole

Julian A. Cole Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Monday, March 9, 2015, at Covenant-Cooper. Age 77 years. The son of Laura L. (Flannigan) and Julius L. Cole was born September 24, 1937 in Clarkston, Michigan. He had lived in the Upper Peninsula, graduating from Jeffers High School, in Painsdale, Michigan. Julian married Bonnie L. Upham, July 24, 1965. She survives him. He served for 4 years with the U.S. Army and was employed by Saginaw Steering Gear (Delphi-Nexteer) retiring in 2003 with 39 years of service. He enjoyed antiques and tending to his property. Surviving besides his wife, Bonnie, are two sons, Christopher M. Cole; Daniel D. Cole and his wife, Tina; his grandchildren and their spouses, Richard and Raechel Bartolowits; Matthew and Megan Bartolowits; Lyndsay A. and Bruce Aulbert; his great grandchildren, Autumn Grace Aulbert and Bruce Aulbert III; two brothers, James and Robert Cole; several nieces and nephews. A brother, Mark Cole, has predeceased him. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Saturday March 14, 2015, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate. Friends may call at the Chapel from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday and on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
