JoAnne H. Stancel Saginaw, Michigan Passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018, age 91 years. She was born on May 2, 1926, daughter of the late Clara (Haines) and Elmer Nestell, in Saginaw. JoAnne married Frederick John Stancel in in April of 1949. He predeceased her on January 13, 1999. She was an interior decorator and the owner and operator of Unique Palette. JoAnne enjoyed cooking, sewing, crafts and spending time with her family. JoAnne will be missed by her son, Fred Stancel of Denver, CO; daughter, Suzanne Cataline of Rocky Mount, NC; grandchildren, Kimberlee (Gregory) Stinson of Frankenmuth, Brandon and Cody Cataline of Fayetteville, NC; three great grandchildren, Hayden, James and Ella Mae Stinson. She was predeceased by her brother Elmer Nestell Jr. Entombment will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 13, 2018 at St. Andrew Mausoleum, 381 St. Andrews Road.
