Beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend passed away suddenly on Monday, June 15, 2020 at University of Michigan, with his family at his side; at the young age of 30 years.

Jeremy was born on August 30, 1989 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was a fun loving, thrill seeking, gamer who had a contagious laugh. Jeremy loved his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed drawing, tinkering with automobiles and small engines. Jeremy loved fishing, camping, music and hanging out with family and friends around bonfires.

Surviving are his mother: Sharon; his father: Gerald; two sisters: Jennifer (Angel), Lisa (Ray); five nieces; two nephews; three aunts; three uncles; many cousins and friends. Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents: Jacob and Delores; step-father: Mike.

Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Hwy, Saginaw. Honoring Jeremy’s wishes, cremation will follow.
