Passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021. Age 86 years.
The daughter of the late Molly (Kross) and Henry Krause Jr. and her Step-father, John Mueller was born December 10, 1934 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School. She married Dale W. Hall, June 4, 1955. He passed away May 4, 1986. Janet was employed by Consumers Energy retiring after 23 years of service. She was a lifelong member of St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, Hemlock. She was a member of the American Historical Society and the German’s from Russia Heritage Society. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
Surviving are two sons, one daughter and their spouses, Jan and Barbara Hall; Dale Lynn and Keith Jarzabkowski; Damon Hall; her daughter-in-law, Danielle Hall, passed away in 2019. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren and their spouses, Blake and Emily Hall; Brynne and Chris Hamlin; Brandon and Katie Jarzabkowski; Rachelle and Simon Martin; four great grandchildren, Caulder and Ueli Hall; Elijah Hamlin; Sophia Jarzabkowski; two step-sisters, Mary Bankert, Pauline Freier; a sister-in-law, Sharon Krause; her special friend, Harold Bowden; several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by two brothers and one sister, Donald Krause, Donna Zetzar and Jack Krause.
The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 22, 2021, at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church
2290 Pretzer Rd. Hemlock, Michigan. Pastor Phil J. Loescher will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with family from 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Directors, 201 N. Miller Rd. and then on Thursday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service. In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, indoor capacity is limited to 25 persons, face coverings are required, and social distancing encouraged.
