Gerald J. Goff

Gerald J. Goff Saginaw, Michigan Best husband, beloved father and grandfather went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 29, 2017, with his family by his side at the age of 83. Gerald was born February 2, 1934, in Essexville to the late Floyd and Mildred (Monville) Goff. He retired from Grey Iron in 1992. He will lovingly be remembered by his family for being a "jokester", the life of the party, and always being able to make people laugh. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 35 years, Lila (Enos) Goff; children, Lori Painter, Debra David, Jerome Goff, Cindy (Mike) LaPlant; grandchildren, Amanda (Michael) Groom, Jeff Roberts, Ricky J. Goff Jr., Chris Goff, and Breanne (Kyle) Pirlot; 5 great-grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, Jackie Shepp and Robert (Jill) Block; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his children, William Painter Jr. and Ricky J. Goff; and siblings, Shirley Gabriel and Joyce Miller. Memorial services will take place at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 13, 2017, at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 noon until the time of service.
