Francis Louise Nicol

Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother passed away Monday, December 10, 2019 at the age of 95 years. The daughter of the late Charles and Clara (Kleinfeldt) Rose was born on March 28, 1924 in Bay Port, MI. She married William John Nicol on February 7, 1942; he predeceased her on August 10, 2005. Francis was a member of Bridgeport Community Church. She enjoyed crafting, cooking for others and cherished time spent with her family. Surviving are five daughters and their husbands, Florence and Bernard Spencer, Wilma and Douglas Hashii, Martha Nicol, Pauline and Thomas Rondo, Carolyn and Patrick ODell; grandchildren and spouses, Lynn Storrs, Pam and Rudy Schultz, Bernard and Sally Spencer, Paul and Carrie Rondo, Patrick and Oksana ODell, Tammy and Greg Perrin, Brant and Yoko Hashii, and Wendy Hashii; great-grandchildren and spouses, Rudy and Ashley Schultz, Amanda and Cordarius Nevels, Brandon and Lisa Schultz, Leah and Graham Fisher, Gabrielle Storrs, Korey and Collin Perrin, Melina, Kyler, and Cadence ODell and Steven and Lillian Spencer, Willow Hashii; great-great grandchildren: Wyatt, Sarah, Olivia Schultz, Camille, Addisyn Schultz, and Mya Nevels, her sister Barbara Gosslin and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Besides her parents and husband, Francis was predeceased by her siblings: James Rose, Margaret Reed, Charles Rose, Clara ODell, Patrick Dudek, and Florence ODell. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 13, 2019 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway. Rev. Ronald Sinclair will officiate with burial at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel from 11:00 a.m. Friday until the time of the funeral service.
