Elmer Ray Thomas Cody

Elmer Ray Thomas Cody Saginaw, Michigan Went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 21, 2017, age 75 years. He was born on April 26, 1942, son of the late Henry J. and Viola F. (Sharp) Cody, in Hazard, Kentucky. Elmer married Mary Elma Terry on October 8, 1960. She predeceased him on February 3, 1989. He is survived by his children, Roger Cody of Morristown TN, Ricky Cody of Big Rapids MI, Bruce Cody of Hudson FL, Alvie Cody of Saginaw MI, Ralph Cody of St. Charles MI and Helen Cody Chase of Marshall AR; nine grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; his siblings, George Cody, Donald Cody, Harold Cody, Curtis Cody, Raymond Cody, Larry Cody (Stump), Danny Cody, Alice Hall and Brenda Cody. He was predeceased by his sisters Patsy Raymond, Phyllis Anderson, Judy Maiden and Carolyn Hedrick. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at W. L. Case and Company, 125 E. Saginaw in Merrill, with burial in Nelson Cemetery.
