Passed away Friday, February 21, 2020, at Covenant-Cooper. Age 62 years.
The daughter of the late Eleanore Mildred (Stock) and Will Carlton Kinney was born January 13, 1958 in Belleview, Ohio. She married Sarah Rattray, she survives her. She enjoyed gardening.
Surviving besides her wife, Sarah, are several brothers and a sister, many nieces and nephews. Her three Shelties, Merlin, Bonnie and Jesse. A brother predeceased her.
In accordance with Elaine’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the American Diabetes Assoc or the American Heart Assoc.
