Dr. Paul David Moore

Moore, Dr. Paul David Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Sunday, December 9, 2012, age 67 years. Paul was born in Mendon, Michigan January 11, 1945 the son of the late Alan Robert and Jeanette (Innis) Moore. He married Mary Quon August 16, 1969 and she survives him. Paul received his Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree from Rutgers University and earned his Ph.D in Political Science from the University of Michigan. He taught Political Science at Delta College for 35 years. He also served as the Chairman of the Social Science Division at the college. He and Mary spent a lot of time in Hawaii, where they planned to retire. In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by his sister, Ruth Moore, West New York, New Jersey, two brothers, Alan Robert Moore, Jr., Columbus, Ohio and John Edward Moore, Tallahassee, Florida. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place 4:00 p.m. Monday, December 17, 2012 at W. L. Case & Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Kenneth Parker will officiate. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Monday from 2:00 p.m. until time of the service.
