Doris Margaret Clark

Doris Margaret Clark Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 at the Cartwright Care Residence. Age 92 years. Doris Margaret Swarthout was born August 24, 1923 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Aveary P. Clark, January 26, 1940. He passed away June 19, 1989. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Bridgeport. She enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, crafts, sewing and most of all her family. Surviving are two daughters, two sons and their spouses, Barbara Kinney; Larry and Rose Clark; Pamela Lapinsky; Roger and Vangie Clark; 8 grandchildren, Patricia, Scott, David, Bryan, Linda, Pamela, Dawn, Jodie and Megan; many great grandchildren. Two sons, Aveary Clark and Bruce Clark, a grandson, Steven Kinney, a sister, Edith Swarthout, and a son-in-law, Timothy Kinney, have predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Bridgeport, 2400 King Rd. Rev. J.D. Howell will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday and then on Friday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
