Debra Shuler Saginaw, Michigan Our beloved wife, aunt and friend, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 13, 2017, age 63 years. She was born on May 3, 1954, daughter of the late Eugene and Ruth Ann (Voelker) Howey, in Saginaw. Debra married Lonnie Shuler on September 9, 1990, he survives her. She was a member of Old Town Christian Outreach and enjoyed BINGO, shopping and spending time with her family. Debra was straight forward and a very loving, kind and generous woman. Besides her loving husband, she is survived by her Shiba Inu, Molly; her children, Yvette, Renee and Timothy; many brothers and sisters; her very best friend whom she loved like a sister, Mary Forge; many nieces and nephews, including her special niece, Wendy Zitouni; also many other relatives and friends. A memorial service will take place at 12:00 Noon on Sunday, August 20, 2017, at Roethke Park, 400 Leddy Road.
