Darlene May Huegel Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Tuesday, April 07, 2015, at St. Mary's of Michigan. Age 59 years. The daughter of the late Darrell and Evelyn (Bremer) Hohisel was born January 9, 1956 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was employed by Saginaw Geriatrics Home for fifteen years. She loved her cats, baking and was known for her "green thumb" and gardening. She will be missed by her many friends and family. Surviving are three sisters and their husbands, Carol and Kenneth Leaym, Bridgeport, MI; Yvonne and Thomas Comstock; Gloria Hohisel-Towns and her husband, Craig Towns all of Saginaw, MI; a nephew and his wife, Spencer and Michelle Fodczuk, Washington State; 4 great nephews and 1 great niece, Jakob, Justin, Ashley, Jacob and Brandon; many friends. Her longtime companion, Kenneth Bremer, passed away April 9, 2014. The funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 13, 2015, at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, St. Helen Campus, 2445 N. Charles St. Saginaw. Rev. Ron Wagner will officiate with burial in Pinegrove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call at the Church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral liturgy.
