Darik A. Kalina

Passed away quietly at home on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the age of 51 years. The son of Dellroy Kalina and Karen J. (McNicoll) Kalina was born on April 8, 1968 in Adrian, MI. He graduated from Hemlock High School, the class of 1986 and then Michigan State University. Darik worked as a lawn care technician. He enjoyed sports, the outdoors, tinkering on tractors and lawn mowers and cherished time with his family having a great conversation and telling jokes. Darik most especially loved time spent with his nieces. Surviving besides his parents Dellroy and Karen are his siblings: Darren (Jenny) Kalina, Brandon Kalina, Janell (Frank) Cassino, his beloved nieces Maison and Rylie Kalina and several cousins, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents David and Ruth McNicoll and Adolph and Irene Kalina. In accordance with Dariks wishes private services have taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Tri City Association of the Deaf or the Saginaw County Medical Society.
