Daniel Robert Holtz Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Wednesday May 11, 2016 at Covenant- Harrison. Age 55 years. The son of the late Rev. Robert and Elaine (Krebs) Holtz was born December 18, 1960 in Flint, Michigan. He was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church. He enjoyed long car rides and eating at McDonald's. Surviving are two brothers, one sister and their spouses, Hogey and Janet Holtz; Philip Holtz; Susan and Terry Flynn; two nephews, one niece, Rev. Matthew and Amy Holtz; Michelle and Rev. Harmon Lewis; Mark and Dr. Amanda Holtz. A sister, Ellen Holtz, has predeceased him in 1970. The funeral service will take place at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. William Brassow will officiate. Friends may call at the chapel from 4:00-9:00 p.m. Friday and from 12:30 p.m. Saturday until the time of the funeral service.
