Carol Eileen Eurich

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 28, 2018. She was 63 years of age. Carol Eileen Davis was born on January 11, 1955 in Saginaw to the late Jack L. and Helen M. (Clark) Davis. She married Ronald D. Eurich on May 1, 1996; he survives her. She graduated from Merrill High School. She was employed by Dow Gardens as well as the city of Midland as a laborer for the Midland Cemetery. She had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening. Above all she loved and cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will forever be remembered for her strong will and generosity. Surviving are her husband, Ronald D. Eurich of Midland; two daughters, Rebecca (Beau) Harless of Sanford, Erica Johnson; six grandchildren, Damion, Paige, Hayley, Vivian, Michael and Autumn; two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Genevieve; 12 siblings, Jacklyn (Adrian) Ostrander, Sue (Joe) Benjamin, Douglas (Terry) Davis, Lyle (Marcia) Davis, Barbara (Joe) Clark, Maynard (Linda) Davis, Helen Sanchez, Mark (Sharon) Davis, Tom (Anna) Davis, James Davis, Margaret Franklin, and Kathy Bergkamp. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Davis; two brothers-in-law, Robert Midcalf and Jeff Bergkamp. Funeral services will take place 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 5, 2018 at W.L. Case and Company. 125 East Saginaw Street, Merrill, Michigan 48637. Rev. Richard Gossett will officiate with burial to follow at Lakefield Township Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to visit at the W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel from 1:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Dow Gardens-Butterfly House.
