Carol A. Efu Saginaw, Michigan Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Samaritas Senior Living of Saginaw. Age of 68 years. Carol Ann Williams was born June 17, 1950, in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of the late Emris "Budd" and Vera (Popp) Williams. She was a proud graduate of Arthur Hill High School. Carol married the love of her life, Leslie "Buzz" Efu in Colorado; he preceded her in death on January 4, 2004. She enjoyed cooking and making pot holders. Above all, Carol loved being a caretaker for her whole family. Surviving are her children, Leslie (Tammy) Efu of St. Charles, Anthony "John" (Andrea) Efu of St. Charles; grandchildren, Austin L., Justin J., Michelle L., and John A. Efu all of St. Charles; a brother, Albert (Mary) Williams of Oscoda; and a sister, Sue Plonta of Saginaw. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Carol is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters, Nancy (Mike) Willman, George (Helen) Williams, John Williams, and Dorothy "DeeDee" Efu; three nephews, Steven Efu, Matthew Willman, and Michael Plonta. Following Carols wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
