The son of the late Vena (Hackett) and Neil Brown was born May 22, 1933 in Pittsford, Michigan. He married Beverly Craig, June 8, 1956. She passed away Nov 5, 2008. Bernard served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He owned and operated Super-Flite Oil Company. He was of the Methodist Faith and a member of the Alma Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed his Standard Bred horses and was a member of the American Horse Association.
Surviving are three children, Debbie Allison and Dan Hughes; Stan and Sandy Brown; Mark and Tammy Brown; 9 grandchildren, Hilary and Justin Chung; Trevor and Tiana Allison; Hannah and Jordan Galbraith; Lindsey and Mark Rothschild; Tyler and Christina Brown; Andrea and Brandon LeBlanc; Curtis Brown and his fiancé, Nicole; Tana and Gordie Brummer; Taylor Brown and her fiancé, Andy; 12 great grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Gendron; Brenda Wall; several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life is planned for a later date due to the Covid Pandemic. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the charity of their choice.
