Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother went home to be with our Lord, May 9, 2016. She was 86 years old. The daughter of the late Hazel M. (Cosgrove) and Herman J. Baase was born October 9, 1929 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Howard Cramer, February 12, 1976. He survives her. She had been employed by Arrow Paper, Saginaw Furniture, Saginaw Specialty Co, K-Mart and by M&B Ice Cream. She was an active member of Hopevale Church and involved in Bible Study, Outreach, providing funeral luncheons and other activities. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and crafts and loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed taveling. Surviving besides her husband, Howard, are five children and their spouses, Sally and Jack Coulter; Nancy Walk; Debbie and James Ruediger; Robin Peabody; Patricia and Truman Gillis. Her daughter, Linda Campbell, has predeceased her. Also surviving are her grandchildren and their spouses, Kelly and Pete Palomo; Dale Walk Jr. and his wife, Mary; James Ruediger Jr. and his wife, Debbie; Jerry Hall Jr; Jeff and Melody Walk; Brian Ruediger; Steve Ruediger; Steven and Cynthia Baillie; Linda Coulter; Skyler Peabody; Ginger and Loren Warmbier; Maria Gillis; 14 great grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren; three sisters and a brother, Mary Clark, Hazel Sanburn, Almeda McLaren and Robert Baase; many nieces and nephews. Five brothers and one sister, Herman John Baase Jr, Willis, Charles, Louis and David Baase, Agnes Nicardo, have also predeceased her. A celebration of her life will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2016, at Hopevale Church, 4873 N. Center Rd. Saginaw. Rev. Dan Davis will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. from 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Thursday and then on Friday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
