Barbara A. (Kelsey) Graham of Bridgeport, Michigan

Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and friend, peacefully went to heaven, surrounded by her family at Covenant Cooper, on Saturday, March 19, 2022. Barbara was born on October 30, 1935, in Saginaw, MI to the late Charles (5-12-94) and Beulah (Wyman) Kelsey (5-21-10). She graduated from Saginaw High School in 1953, and went on to marry her high school sweetheart, Thomas Graham on July 11, 1953. They were married 62 years, Tom preceded her in death on January 29, 2016. Barbara drove school bus for many years, driving for Bridgeport-Spaulding schools. She especially loved driving for the special needs students. Mom loved being with her grandchildren, playing cards (Skip-Bo), and living on the farm where she had a garden and many animals.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her children: Rhonda (Mark) Ferrell of Saginaw; Tom (Cathy) Graham of Freeland; Charles Scott Graham of Saginaw; Edward (Penny) Graham of Middleville; Jeff (Wendy) Graham of Hemlock; and Phillip Graham of Saginaw.

18 grandchildren: Melissa (Matt) Sawicki, Rochelle (Jerame Kopka) Bourassa; Kristen (Adam) Cantrell; Andrew Graham; Jennie (James) White; Brandon (Kourtney Norris) Graham; Justin (Emilianne) Graham; Travis (Erin) Graham; Kaiti (Ben) Kasper; Kelli (Spencer Lawniczak) Graham; Andrea (Julien Newton) Graham; Kyle and Kelsey Graham; Rachel (Larry) Long; Joshua (Jenna) Oppermann; Robert Schempp; Phillip (MacKenzie Jo Mzyk) Graham; MacKenzie (Hunter) Dusette.

25 great-grandchildren: Julius & Ania Sawicki; Austin, Tanner & Hannah Bourassa, Olivia & Owen Kopka; Victor Cantrell; Kaila Gamble, Forrest, Tommy & Ethan White; Onika Norris; Adalyn, Evelyn & Lucas Graham; Alayna Graham, Elijah Huron, Kameron & Annistyn Newton; Nathan & Isaac Long; Remi Oppermann; Remington Dusette; Karter Lynn Graham.

3 brothers and their spouses: Michael (Pat) Kelsey; Reginald (Pat) Kelsey; and Doug (Debbie) Kelsey.

Barbara was preceded in death by her sister, Marlene Greene (12-29-2016); brother-in-law, George Greene (9-21-2016); sister-in- law, Sharon Kelsey (6-29-2010); mother and father-in-law, Thayer and Ida Graham; stepfather-in-law, Frank Hull; as well as many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.

A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Bridgeport Community Church, 3821 State Street, Bridgeport, Michigan, 48722. Rev. Douglas Kelsey will officiate. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Bridgeport Community Church or the Alzheimer's Society.
