Anna Mae Magyar Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019, at Hoyt Nursing Home. Age 96 years. The daughter of Eli and Sophie (Turcula) Bobic was born May 12, 1922 in Bach, Huron County, Michigan. She married Andrew Magyar, June 29, 1946. He passed away April 5, 2006. Anna was employed by the Gun Plant during the War and had owned and operated a beauty shop for many years. She was a member of St. Dominic Parish, Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening. Surviving are four children and their spouses, Gerald and Rita Magyar; Joyce and Terry Wozniak; Donna Magyar; Diane and Ron Doncoes; two grandchildren, Michael Miller and Melissa Miller; several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and two sisters have predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Steve Gavit will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may visit at the chapel from 2:00 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the funeral service.
