Andrew Kyu Williams

Andrew Kyu Williams was born on January 16, 1986 in Seoul, Korea. Our special package arrived home on September 8, 1986 to Barb and Bob Williams of Hemlock, MI. Andrew was a bundle of boy and joy growing up; school was delightful because of his friends. He blessed us with 31 years with much enthusiasm and zest for life. He attended Merrill Wesleyan Church prior to moving away for college. Andrew graduated from Swan Valley High School; the class of 2004. He loved to tinker and learn how things worked. He loved electronics and building. Andrew was a kind, caring and generous son and brother to Michael and Erin. Andrew was employed by Ticon in Midland. He was a wonderful friend to many. His ability to be compassionate, listen and empathize knew no boundaries. He taught us all the lesson of unconditional love and not judging others. Andrews heart overflowed with love for family and friends. Andrew will be deeply missed by his parents, brother Michael and sister Erin, sister-in-law Kayla, nephew Oscar. Andrew is also survived by his uncles and aunts: Gary Rellinger, Karen (Tom) Brokoff, Becky (Jim) Atkinson, Phil Rellinger, and Terry (Sue) Cameron, his cousins: Brent, Dani, Bryan, Jolene, Josh, Joel, Megal, Mandy, Kristen, Ryan and Darren and Andrea Wilson and her family. He also leaves behind a host of friends who he dearly loved. Andrew was predeceased by his grandparents: Robert (Marcia) Williams and Richard (Dorothy) Rellinger, two aunts: Darla Rellinger and Sherri Weaver. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Ken MacGillivary will officiate. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Hopevale Church or Merrill Wesleyan Church.
