The daughter of the late Meta (Brechtelsbauer) and Henry E. Murray was born June 17, 1923 in Saginaw, Michigan. She attended Central Michigan University. She was employed as a bookkeeper, accountant, and Office Administrator for several area businesses. She was a member of the National Secretaries Association, the
Y.W. C.A, Women of the Moose, Chapter #420, the Saginaw Travel Club, and the Kochville V.F.W. Post 9809 Auxiliary. She was a member of Kerr Holiday Tours and traveled extensively throughout Europe and other Countries.
Surviving are a brother and sister-in-law, James and Betty Murray; four nieces and their husbands, Ann and Paul Walters; June and Paul Matzke; Susan and Shawn Kelly; Vicki Murray; her great nieces and great nephews, Nicole Hawkins, Kayla Matzke, Ben Matzke, Aaron Matzke, Pam Henris, Joseph Kelly and Jaxon Garrett. She was predeceased by a brother, Eugene H. Murray.
Private family entombment will take place at Oakwood Mausoleum. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
