Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021; at the age of 59 years.

The daughter of Joseph Fulford and Aletha Campbell, Allison was born on June 3, 1961, in Vero Beach, Florida. She graduated from Liberty High School with the class of 1979. Allison married Dennis Luznak, together having three boys. Later in life, on May 1, 2002, Allison married Jim Nemcik, the love of her life. She retired from the healthcare industry after many years of service. She grew up in Liberty, Pennsylvania; Allison resided in the Elsie area of Michigan for many years, until she retired in Lake Wales, Florida. She cherished the time spent with her loving family; especially singing, playing horseshoes, and entertaining friends for the holidays and events.

Surviving are her husband: Jim Nemcik; children: Dennis (Heather) Luznak, Jr. (DJ), Brian (Leslie) Luznak, Chad (Julie) Luznak; grandson: Ezekiel; mother: Aletha Campbell; brothers and sister: Greg (Bettina) Fulford, Hank (Kimberly) Campbell, John (Lisa) Campbell, Cheryl Mills. Also surviving are many stepchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Allison was preceded in death by her father: Joseph Fulford.

Honoring Allison’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 16, 2021, at Saddlebag Lake Resort beach house, 499 Saddle Bag Rd, Lake Wales, Florida 33898. Pastor Tony Latham will officiate. A graveside service will be announced at a later date, Eureka, MI.
