Alice Marie Leaman

Alice Marie Leaman Bridgeport, Michigan Passed away Monday, August 21, 2017, at Wellspring in Frankenmuth. Age 93 years. The daughter of the late Andy and Hazel (Hadstrom) Anderson was born October 20, 1923 in Ashland, Wisconsin. She was a graduate of Apostolic Bible Institute. She married Rev. Paul C. Leaman, September 25, 1949. He passed away January 14, 1995. Alice served alongside her husband with missionary work in South America, Central America and the Caribbean and with the United Pentecostal Churches in Ohio and Michigan. Alice was First Lady and member of Saginaw Valley United Pentecostal Church. She was a very artistic person and enjoyed sewing, knitting and quilting. Surviving are a daughter, three sons and their wives; Linda Leaman; Rev. Bruce and Brenda Leaman; Neil and Janice Leaman; Rev. Kevin and Sandra Leaman; and a daughter-in-law, Mary Leaman; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Cent; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Rev. D. Keith Leaman and a sister, Lorraine Hart. The funeral service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 25, 2017, at the Saginaw Valley United Pentecostal Church, 7877 Bell Rd. Birch Run, Michigan 48415. Friends and family may visit at the church on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service.
