Adam Buitron Jr.,
of Saginaw, MI
Passed away on March 10, 2021. Age 71 years.
Adam was born on December 29, 1949 in Saginaw, to the late Adan and Leona (Estrada) Buitron.
Adam was a machine repairman for General Motors for over 35 years. He was married for 28 years to Maria Silvas. Adam enjoyed tejano music and loved dancing so much he was nicknamed James Brown by his family. He was also an avid bowler and was a member of several different leagues.
Adam is survived by three children, Adam Buitron III of Irving, TX, Nicole Buitron of Saginaw, MI, Antonio Buitron of Saginaw, MI; nine grandchildren; Nasaria (Chris) Buitron Ortiz, Valentino Buitron Garcia, Raymond Buitron Garcia, Ariana Buitron, Nataly Buitron, Antonio Buitron Jr, Naleya Buitron, Adalynn Buitron, Elisa Maria Buitron Flores, one great-granddaughter Xo Milani Ortiz, a brother, Raymond Buitron, a sister, Angie Jimenez, a lifelong friend, Rolando "Rocky" Rocha, and many others.
Along with his parents, Adam was predeceased by a sister, Consuelo "Connie" Castanon.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 15, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 915 North 6th Ave, Saginaw. Rev. Fr. Frank Voris, O.F.M. Cap will officiate with burial to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Saginaw, MI. Friends may visit with the family from 12-8 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2021, W. L. Case & Company, 5700 Dixie Highway, Saginaw, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. with Pastor Julian Gonzales. In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, indoor capacity is limited to 25 persons, face coverings are required, and social distancing encouraged. We appreciate everyone’s efforts to reduce the spread of covid-19 in our community. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
