- Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio Formerly of Saginaw, MI - Passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2010 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Age 66 years. The son of the late John and Annita (Gehris) Eneix was born on August 16, 1943 in Clare, Michigan. He married Pamela J. Schwalm on July 16, 1977, she survives him. Charles served in the U.S. Army, receiving a purple heart along with other military medals for his service in Vietnam. He worked for GM retiring from Flint Truck & Bus in 1985. He then worked for several security companies earning the rank of Sergeant from which he retired in 1997. Charles was an avid fisherman, hunter and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Surviving besides his wife are two children and their spouses; Wanda C. (William) Burns, of Farwell, MI; Ronald A. Eneix of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; grandchild; Denise Danielle Burns; brothers-in-law; Gregory G. (Noreen Krukowski) Schwalm, Saginaw, MI; Jeffrey Allen (Tammy) Schwalm, Saginaw, MI; nieces and nephews; Andrew, Ryan, Alexander, Jeffrey, Brandon Schwalm, Stephen Rosebrock, Jennifer (Richard) Schwalm Jenkins, Elizabeth Schwalm; honorary niece and nephew; Katrina Marie Marr and Wesley Wayne Carpenter. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2010 at W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 409 Adams St. Rev. John Franzel will officiate with burial to follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI with military honors. Friends may call at the funeral chapel on Monday from 11:00a.m. until the time of the service.
