Beloved husband, father, and brother passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. He was 50 years old. Andrew Rosas was born on June 11, 1968 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Juan T. and Damiana (Campos) Rosas. He married the love of his life, Jennifer R. Keyes on May 20, 2006 in Living Hope Church; she survives him. Andrew was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #2291 - Fr. Robert F. Neuman. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, playing pool and spending time at the family cabin in Lake City. Andrew loved playing Euchre, cornhole, and horseshoes at home, the Knights of Columbus, and at the Merrill Farm Fest Tournaments. Above all, he loved and cherished his family, especially spending time with his daughter, Alivia, the light of his world.
Surviving are his wife, Jennifer R. Rosas of Merrill; six children, Scott, Dannielle, Kayla, Jesse, Kody and Alivia; three grandchildren, Kaden, Zae and Jaden; two brothers, Juan (Jenn) Rosas of Saginaw, and Anthony Rosas of Saginaw; a father-in-law, Jonathan (JoeAnn) Keyes of Kentucky; five sisters-in-law, Gwen, Lenette, Kari, Stephanie, and Michelle. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a mother-in-law, Candice Keyes; a nephew, PJ Lapinski; and a niece, Jaime Sweetman.
A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 11, 2019 at Amazing Grace Church, 9232 E. Monroe St., Wheeler. Pastor Patrick Lagan and Pastor Richard Jolliff will officiate. Burial will follow in Homer Township Cemetery. Friends are welcome to visit with the family on Sunday at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 125 E. Saginaw Rd., Merrill from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the family c/o Jennifer Rosas.
